Weather & Cancellation Policy

Our Weather and Cancellation Policy is designed to ensure clarity and fairness for all guests. A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation, with the remaining 50% balance due on the day of the excursion. This deposit secures your selected date and allows us to properly prepare for your experience. In the event of unfavorable weather conditions, the safety of our guests remains our top priority. If the Captain determines that conditions are unsafe and the excursion must be canceled, we will first attempt to reschedule your trip to a mutually convenient date. If rescheduling is not possible, guests will receive a full 100% refund of their deposit. Regarding guest-initiated cancellations, we understand that plans can change; however, cancellations made within one week (7 days) of the scheduled trip will result in the deposit being non-refundable. In certain cases, exceptions may be considered depending on the specific circumstances, at our discretion. We encourage guests to review their schedules carefully before booking and to communicate with us as early as possible if any changes arise. Our goal is to provide a smooth, transparent booking process while maintaining fairness to both our guests and our operations.
